Help find Speed Sensor on 99 LX

Hi, I am trying to install a GPS system in my 99 Accord LX and need to tap into the speed sensor. Where would be the easiest place to find that? Thanks.

2.3L engine, Connector "A" on the computer, 32 pins total, pin #9 Blu/Wht wire.

Same for the 3.0L.
