Default help finding a specific section of wiring harness and a fuse.

hey guys i ran into a problem with my 89 lx a good while back and am just getting around to fixing it now. last year while traveling down the road with a friend in the car smoke came out of my dash and my blower motor and radio quit. well i started looking for a solution as i'm back to driving the car and the cold weather we have sucks with no heat/defrost. i found A. a fuse in the engine bay that was blown(big green one that was screwed in) that puts power to everything not working(tested with a multimeter) and B the wiring harness that comes from the main power line to the blower motor had bare wires and i'm guessing they touched and caused the problem....they were actually melted to the carpet. i'm hoping that the blower is ok cause it looks like a pain to remove but the harness needs to either be replaced with new parts or i need to make a new one. anyone have a part number for either of these? or know where i can get them? the attached links below contain photo's of both bad parts. thanks for any and all help you guys can give.

This is the only short harnessI could see in the parts breakdown; cost will be around $15; probably $5 at a salvage yard.
