Default Help Finding Brake/Tail Lights Fuse

Hi all! I need some help finding the fuse for the rear tail lights/Brake lights/running lights on my 2003 Accord EX. My Blinkers and hazards work but that's it.

I don't find anything obvious on the fuse panel on the driver side or under the hood according to the fuse diagram and manual. Where is the master fuse? Anyone know?

Thanks in Advance!

chk the # 4 fuse , 15amps and # 13 , 20 amps underhood fuse box,, if ok it could be a tail lite relay , if ok could be wiring issue or a poor connection somewhere

by the way...I was doing some online research last night about fuses and fuse panels. Is it true that there are three fuse panels in these Hondas?
