Help with front license plate bracket (2014)

Hi I have a honda accord 2014 and I moved to cali where they have to have a front plate. I put the bracket on but where do I screw the license plate on? I see 4 indents but what do I do with that?

You can use self-tapping screws or pre-drill at those 4 indents. See the video at the 2:51 mark.

hi. I got the self tapping screws but when I tried to put them in with my screwdriver they wont go in.
