Help me get to 300K
OK, here it goes.
I have a 2001 Accord EX, 4 cyl, 5 speed. I just passed 200K miles. In the time I've had the car, besides oil changes, new brakes, tires etc.. this is the work I've had done (I had 'regularly scheduled' maintenance pretty religiously up until about 90K when my Honda dealer pissed me off, been doing most of my own stuff since then).
116K - timing belt and water pump
120K - new fuel injectors
144K - O2 sensor (also had "scheduled" 142.5K service)
175K - front struts
181K - plugs, plus wires, distributor/rotor, belts
195K - brake fluid/power steering fluid drained
Wheel bearing where changed somewhere around 130K or so.
I"m getting ready to have the timing belt/water pump replaced at 205K. I had an alignment done this past fall, still has a pull to the left so I'm trying to figure that out. The car runs fine, has a little "kick" coming out of first (I might not know how to drive too), been through 3 windshields (not much I can do about that). Other than the work above, the car is all original.
I want to take this car to 300K (I'm a cheap bastard) if possible and looking for a general consensous on how to get there.
Any suggestions.

Fluids include manual tranny oil?
Otherwise, you seem to be doing good. Keep up with the fluid changes.
Whenever you rotate tires, give all the bushings & ball joints a good inspection.
Maybe what you have to worry about is body rust. Crawl around underneath & have a good look.

I've always been one who says: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
As long as you keep up the sceduled maintenance, you should be fine.
I am still kind of leery about seafoam and any transmission additives. I have about 3 cans of seafoam at my house that are sitting there collecting dust because I never used them. But that is a personal choice. Some people swear by seafoam, others claim it does more harm than good.
I have 154k on my 2000. I too want to get to 300k (at least haha)

I've never used SeaFoam. I have used Chevron Techron (injector cleaner) in the gas tank occasionally. Maybe every 15k miles or so.
I don't like additives for engine or tranny oil.
On friends' cars with dirty engines, I have used oil-flush stuff, that you pour into the crankcase just before draining. For MY OWN cars, I like to keep them clean in the first place so they never get that dirty.

Our Accord just turned 320k.
Noticed you didn't mention half-shafts in maintenance list.
When the rubber boots broke, replaced half shafts ~120k.
Joint lube will get out fast, making room for dirt and water.
Regular oil/filter, maintenance, (and not *******) = high mileage.
Most have been interstate miles.
Have been satisfied with our Accord.
