I'm not sure what that means; is the car up on stands or are you actually able to drive the car?

I can let the car drive itsef when put in gear I have no throttle response when pushing pedal. It stays at a constant Rpm unless in parked can get it to go to 3000 RPM and the mph go up with the RPM when in park

Still sounds like the axles aren't seated. If you have a rubber hammer, tap them in some more.

So you're saying you cannot take the car out on the roads and drive it. The issue is with your axles.

I'm still confused...
So when the transmission is in PARK, you can rev the engine to 3000rpm? And when you do that the speedometer indicates something and the odometer also shows increasing miles?
Then when you put it in DRIVE, it will not rev the engine? The engine actually doesn't rev - as if the accelerator pedal isn't connected?
