HID headlight conversion
First of all, do your research. There are a lot of kits out there.

There is also a site in there that makes a HID kit for the 03-05 and they also provide a 98-02 kit.
I would probably install the relay, so it would protect the electrical system on your car.
My TSX has 4300K lights and are extremely bright. The higher number lights give more of a blue color.
The bulbs are expensive, but they should last a long time. My buddies 04 TSX went out after 120K miles/8 years.
