High beam Lights Inop

High beam Lights Inop

I bought 04 Accord Coupe today, noticed the high beam lights are inop. noticed some black spots on the bulbs.

Inoperative.

Check bulbs. There's 2 filaments, so high-beam can be burned out while low-beam is still working.

Bulbs OK? Then check relays & fuses.

Checked the the relay and fuses, checked okay, put a meter on the cannon plug and was getting 12 vdc. I replaced the bulbs checks ok. Thanks
