high miler

Default high miler

I have a 99 accord with 195,000 miles. Not having any problems nor do i want any. What parts should i change out at this point? Wheel bearings, struts etc. Thanks

Keep up on the scheduled maintenance, spark plugs, oil change, distributor cap, rotor, etc...

I would only replace parts that are worn out.

When was your timing belt last changed? Replace the belt when it is due.

Yes, timing belt every 100k miles, so you're close to the 2nd time for that. Valve lash adjustment might be on a 100k mile schedule?
I used to have a 98 & the sparkplug interval was also quite long, maybe that's due.

For everything else, I would do a real good inspection. It's not possible to predict (based on miles) when you need brakes, clutch, & exhaust. When you rotate your tires, that's a perfect opportunity to take a real close look at the brakes along with all the rubber boots, like axle joints, ball joints, etc. Suspension bushings?

On top of all those suggestions ,replace the cabin filter as well as the air filter , tranny fluid , brake fluid every 30k, coolant every 30k,
