Hey all! I have been hearing this hissing/scratching noise coming from what sounds like under the car. I believe I've pin-pointed the sound to occur in 2nd gear between 3000 and 4000 RPM. It also feels like the acceleration suffers a bit when I hear this sound.

Does anyone have any idea have idea what this might be?
