I can't pinpoint exactly where the noise is coming from, but from what I can hear, it sounds like it's coming from right below the engine.

It just started up today.

Also, recently my car hadn't been able to start up when it was very hot and I just had the main relay replaced and it hasn't acted up since (four days ago).

What I'm wondering is if do you think it's possible that the mech shop messed with something in my car to cause a symptom to occur a few days later. Is that likely or even possible or am I being paranoid?

Also it's a 99 EX v6 accord with 130k miles on it.

Anyone have any clue to what this noie can be? Anyone experience similar symptoms?
