honda 1994 accord
driving home today the d4 light started flashing ,and the speedometer started acting weird jumping all arround,then it shifted funny while in d4, does anyone know what it could be.I checked the code and the d4 blinked 4 times,and then 4 times and then again and again.please help

I deleted your other thread, because it is a repeat of this thread.
Turn the key to the II position and do not try to start the car. Does the check engine light turn on for about two seconds to do the bulb check?

The D4 code is for the VSS. What concerns me is that the check engine light should have turned on as well.
I think that the speedometer not working and the D4 light would be enough to at least check the electrical connection for the VSS.
I would consider replacing the VSS.

VSS - Vehicle Speed Sensor
Tells the ECM how fast the car is moving.
It is located on the top corner of the trans.
Where the trans bolts to the motor closest to the firwall.
It has 3 wires going to it.-BLK, YEL and ORG.....
It is held down with 2 - 10mm bolts -- IIFC
You will need to remove your plastic intake in order to get to it.

the check engine light comes on now then shuts off when i turn the car off of course but then when i go to drive it ,it is off then comes on after a while when the d4 light starts flashing ,actually a little while after it starts flashing
