Well thanks guys for helping in this matter, now I do understand a little about this, the belt broken was not a timing belt, but the belt outside the engine. Second thing is this that the main pulley was broken, I changed the main pulley last night and put new belts. Now I am facing the problem that the pulley is bubbling when in start condition without accelerating. When you accelerate it's Ok. The belts are new one, now in normal condition is it ok. or still require tuning as I just check the pulley in the morning. Here I attach the pictures and video.

OK, so now what's the story about the oil leak?

Orange loop to the right side of your 2nd photo is the dipstick. Check your oil with the engine NOT running. Pull it out, wipe it off, put it back in, pull it out again. Look at the oil level down near the end of the stick - there's marks for the acceptable range.

I'm going to go with PS fluid, as suggested by another member, and not engine oil. I noticed a new clamp on one of the PS hoses in one of the pic's.

"exactly where the engine is mounted" I think the OP is refering to the PS pump and "check the fuel guage, it was showing no engine oil" Reservoir
