honda accord 2003 vent redirection problem

Default honda accord 2003 vent redirection problem

Hi,
i have the 2003 honda accord V6 EX w/o NAV
everything works fine from A/C to heating. All of the buttons are worked fine too except the air doesnt redirect from front to floor or windshield.
the display screen it does show what mode is it in but the air never get to the area as the display said.
Please Help

Sounds like the vent mode motor is not working correctly.

Thankyou for your response.
i followed your instruction. the only thing that i saw is the screen is flashing with the info. like temp fan speed....etc.
i didnt see any code.
can you please be more specific step by step??

Time to go for a dash dive to watch and see if the vent mode motor is working.

it was jamed (one of the track was off) i put it back now it is working fine.
