I have honda accord 2005 and the unlock receiver module is not working. I have replaced the remote fob battery and sometimes it works when i unlock from remote very close to the drivers door. Anyone has a fix to this issue. Thanks.

 

Have you tried your other key? If not try it to make sure it is that key. If the other key is doing the same thing then replace the master window switch and reprogram the fobs to the car. You can find the instructions on YouTube.

If it is indeed the key then the part you need to replace is 72147-SDA-A11.

Usually if you have to be close to the car to unlock it with the fob it's the battery. What battery are you using (is it a good battery)

 

I have changed to battery and both fob key is not able to unlock.
