Default Honda Accord 2015 (EX CVT) with no additional packages Price 24550, is it good?

Hi All:

I plan to replace my Civic with Accord 2015. I inquired around the local dealers and the lowest price I got is 24550(truecar.com price: 24937). However, I found that some people in Seattle get better deals(from AutoPriceShare.com, deal price is 23278.0). Is 24550 a good price? Please give me some suggestions.

My preferred model: Honda Accord 2015 (EX CVT)
