Honda accord no spark but if i pop it it run

Well like the post says just dont get it why when I turn it over no sprak but if pop start it runs help please

What test did you do to confirm spark and fuel?

Or are you saying that the starter will not work but you can push start the car?

Ok well i only checked spark With a screwdriver and no spark and i only smell gas i didnt check for sure tho. And the startered works
