I might consider returning the new aftermarket blower resistor and getting one from the Honda dealership. Aftermarket parts can be bad out of the box.
Yep, I get about 12V at the wire harness to the blower. Volts don't change though when the fan speed is pushed up or down, so idk what that means. The blower kicks on for like a second when the key is in II position. Parts guy pulled resistor for a four-door (or so he said). You think it could still be the resistor?

It is either the transistor (the new part), the HVAC control, or much less likely the blower motor relay (since you have 12V on the blu/wht wire).

A quick test for the blower motor relay (#1) is to switch it with the a/c condenser clutch relay (#2) in the engine bay fuse box. See attached picture.

Already tried switching relays (#1) and (#3). (#2) doesn't fit. Maybe it's the HVAC control?

If you are not getting a good ground to the resistor.

Thanks for all your help, guys! I finally took it in today to the Honda dealership. FYI ... it was what they were calling the "transistor" (resistor). What beats me is, why didn't it work when I got a new one from the parts place and swapped it out? Maybe it wasn't a good ground? Idk. $160 for a cold A/C is a small price to pay in South Louisiana heat! Thanks again!
