The oil filter they use at my dealer is made by Honeywell, which owns Fram. A lot of people say that the Fram filters are bad, but I have never had a problem cause I take my car the to the dealer. However, this time I am doing it myself. I know a lot of people like the Filtech brand filter.

 

Those are the only ones i've seen lately, i go through a ****load of em.

 

what constitutes a ****load? more than 50?

I've had good luck with the Nippon filters sold on ebay in batches of 4. They seem like a pretty solid filter and are slightly larger diameter than the OEM Honda filter, claiming like 25% more filtering capacity.

 

fair enough. i think thats more than an assload.

 

Either way the Honda filter works well. Mobil also makes a great filter.

 

i only use K&N golds...works great for me
