That is true!! Now everybody wants me to do their vehicle...lol. I will more than likely look into those light wires today. Pretty sure instructions call for positive on the lights. I also didn't hook up the horn, would it be too much to ask to point the wire out for me please?

The horn wire can be accessed at different places, some depending on year and model trim for the 6th generation Accords.

It looks like for your your 2000 EX, one place would be at the 14-P gray connector to the combination light switch.

Terminal no. 1: Light Green/Blu wire (-)

You're welcome. Even when I do things, usually I prefer completing everything.

Yea, I should have known that I would not give up until it was complete. Talked to support today because I could only start the engine after hitting the unlock otherwise the factory alarm would kick in and sound the horn. The guy says I have to go into door panel and tap a wire there. Sure didn't want to fight that headache, but have no choice except to live with it as is and can't do that.
Still would like to get more info on where I could get the download of the Electrical Troubleshooting Manual. I don't mind paying, but just wondering if it's cheaper than a hard copy.

1. What wire did the aftermarket alarm support tell you to tap in the door panel?

2. The electronic version of the Electrical Troubleshooting Manual is in separate linked PDFs; so, it can't be downloaded in a one piece whole manual. It would have to be page by page.

This link has info.:https://techinfo.honda.com/rjanisis/logon.asp

He said a blue wire apparently around the lock switch.

Just went to site, didn't see anything but subscriptions. I suppose I would have to pay for a day? Could I get that manual in a days time? I have pretty slow DSL.

The blue wire that is referred to is probably the unlock wire for the driver's door key cylinder switch that goes to the driver's door multiplex control unit (MCU).

I don't think it is possible in a day's time even if you had faster internet speed. It is a lot to even look at.
