What I thought was a power steering high side pressure hose leak was actually my rack leaking and it needs replacement. Thanks

 

What year is your car? You should be able to find them at Napa, etc. If not, you could try to reseal it yourself. Assuming your car isn't so old that Honda no longer supports it, the seals are available from Honda (they are for my '97).

 

It's a 1998 Honda Accord EX V6... I checked rock auto who seems to have everything and couldn't find anything about a rack OR pinion

 

Rock Auto's got them. Go to your make/model/year/engine, then pick Steering, then Rack and pinion complete unit.
