Use a thin paper clip or wire to short blue two pin connector. Turn key to II position. Count check engine light flashes. Long blink =10, short blink =1.

6 - Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor

Check wiring and resistance on the sensor. Drain coolant, replace sensor if it is out of spec.

7 - Throttle position sensor.

Check wiring is secure. Also test the sensor.

The TPS is technically not replaceable, and a Honda Dealership will only sell you the entire throttle body which will be expensive. Junkyards are good sources for cheap parts. There are aftermarket sensors out there that you can install. You will have to adjust the sensor so the idle position properly.

See my recent post on the Online Manuals link in the DIY section to get a look at the 91 accord shop manual. It will have diagnostic procedures with pictures for you.
