Honda kit?
Start the screws just barely into the clip, I use a heat gun/blow dryer to warm up the visor at the corners.
Then you can push down on the corners to get the little clip to hook under the metal lip of the sunroof opening.
Measure and center the visor and then tighten the screws.
The kit comes with little tape pieces to put where the clip hooks the metal of the opening.
