how to lower the rpms of accord 92 to the optimum point
Hello good afternoon, can someone help me with a guide to adjust the RPM to the optimum point?,
it is a honda accord 92 cb7, the current RPM is between 900 and 950, I would like to lower them even more to 650 RPM
