Hello good afternoon, can someone help me with a guide to adjust the RPM to the optimum point?,
it is a honda accord 92 cb7, the current RPM is between 900 and 950, I would like to lower them even more to 650 RPM

'92 with 2.2 liter here. I wouldn't choose to lower mine to that 650 rpm, really believe it would be close to stalling. Luck
