speed? as in speedo? depends on the OD of the new setup vs the old.

Gas mileage, I cannot say. Due to everyone's different driving habit.

However, speed, Ican relate. The bigger the wheels/tires, the car will be a bit slow. However...you will push harder to move the Accord.

I am running 19" wheels/tires...and it can't quite feel the difference since I have a SuperCharger v6...and I drive normally.

But my friend's Accord (stock) with 20s does seem to drive slower on normal roads and needs more gas to push the car forward, especially on uphills.

Free to ask questions.
