Default Hub and wheel

Hey everyone. Really hoping to get an answer for this. I have a 2010 Accord Ex-l 3.5L. I recently changed the bearing at a shop (I'm not mechanically inclined) and didn't get the hub changed as well. This resulted in the bearing warping into the knuckle, causing me to have to buy a brand new hub and a brand new bearing. So my car was shaking, along with a very deep rotating womp womp sound coming from the wheel, as well as my steering wheel shaking. I don’t have the money to take it into a shop so I decided to do everything myself after that. I took the knuckle off and had it taken to a shop to have the bearing pressed into the knuckle, and then the hub pressed into the bearing. I put the knuckle back on myself, just had to push the spindle into the hub enough to get the axle nut on it to tighten down the hub into the spindle. I used an impact to tighten the nut down and finished it with a breaker bar. Put everything back on and now about five days later it is shaking just as bad as it was before same with the steering wheel and sound coming from the wheel. Did I do something wrong along the way? Or did I miss something? Please help me out because I am at my wits end with trying to get this fixed, so is my wallet

How do you know if you got the right bearing that is bad?
Are you sure it is not a bad tire?
I would check the torque on the axle nut.
