Default Huge Electrical Problem please help

Well my 1994 ex accord has a problem when I turn the ignition switch the warning lights turn on (oil light, ses, check engine) thats whats supposed to do so you can see all the lights are ok, so far so good if I leave the car on key position two for a while those lights will all shut down and no matter what I do the car wont start again until a few hours pass by then the warnig lights come up again and the car turns on no problem for a few minutes before shutting down by itself. This happens wheter the car is turned off or on if its on it will shut down if its off with the key in key2 position the warning light will turn off for an hour or two.
So far I tried
Need ignition switch. I also did a full tune up with distributor rotort, plugs and wires. I also checked the main relay but the relay itself got nothing to do with the dash warning light going out Ive already took it out with the ignition in position 2 and the warning lights stayed on. Also when this happens nothing in the car will work except for the headlights and radio. Evreything else doesnt work. Could it be a relay please help this is my daily driver Ive been taking the train to work every day I need my baby back

yeah the ignition switch was only the electrical part. And it does have an aftermarket Clifford alarm but it seems to work fine.

This car came with a clifford alarm I dont think I could disconnect it on my own I tried it on a civic and it would turn on anymore after I took out the alarm. So I had to re install it. Whats weird the car will turn on but only for like 3 minutes before it would stay on for like 30 minutes. Dammit this sucks

what kind of info do you have on that alarm? I would call a dealer (who installs that alarm) and talk to them. They might feed you some good info on how to disconnect.

i agree with deserthonda that the alarm is the best place to start.

Anyone think it could be the alternator? Assuming the alarm is not the culprit of course.
