I did a complete tune up, a new battery, new water pump. It cranks but won't start. Next day its perfect. Anyone can help me. Is it the fuelmp? Starter?

If it cranks but won't start, it can't be the starter because the starter is doing it's job to crank the engine.

When it DOESN'T start, you'll have to figure out if it's lack of fuel or lack of spark. Search around here, there's a few ways to determine which is it.

Yes, do some testing BEFORE you buy anything. Pull the hose off the vac booster, and shoot some starting fluid into it then try to start the engine. If it starts, then it's a fuel issue. If it doesn't start, then it's an electrical issue. This will help us narrow your problem down.
