Default I need your help with my cigarette lighter!

Hey guys! I have a 1994 Accord with 200k miles and the previous owner installed a pioneer radio system and didn't do such a good job at it. The cigarette lighter for accessories doesn't work and was I checking it out and it seems to be fine from the my view. I think that it might be a unplugged cable or a fuse, does the 1994 accords have fuses for cigarette lighter, if so where can I find it? Any help is very appreciated! Thanks!

There are 2 fuses to check.

The fuse is #36 in the pic below. This is the fuse box in the engine bay. It is a 15 amp fuse.

The #11 fuse is a 10A and is in the fuse box inside the car under the driver's dash. This is more likely, because the fuse above also should power other items like the radio.

Default No dice!

I looked at both places and they both don't seem blown, I was thinking that I might need to remove the whole center console to diagnose the problem.

This green plug is disconnected from I don't know where. Is this supposed to be connected to the cigarette lighter for power?

That looks like the optional remote connector - this is where the dealer installed "key fob" controller would tap into things like the door locks and other things.
