Default Idle Speed Adjusting Screw

I am missing the idle speed adjustment screw for my 1988 Honda Accord. I have been told that this part has been discontinued, and have not had any luck with parts stores or salvage yards. Any suggestions?

if you can't find it then see if the dealership can get you specifications on it (I.E. thread pattern/length) then go to your local auto parts store and look in their bins, chances are you can find a replacement that way
