I am looking to extend my transmission's life and upgrade performace..first of all what is the part number of my tansmission(Mustangs have T-5, T-56, 4r70w, Aod...)

Secondly you can buy transmission coolers and shift kits that firm shifts and extend life for the Mustang. Are the same parts available and are they worth it on the Accord?

I have a 97 so my shifts are already kind of firm but more interested in keeping my tank moving!
