Default Inner Fender dragging - Please help

I was in an accident and the truck behind me hit my car straight from behind causing the driver side inner fender to dragging on the floor while driving. Can this be fixed? Or do I need a new one? I am looking at $76 prices. How much should be labor? My friend will install it for me so he will give me some discount.

Also, could it be a different part dragging?

Nobody here can tell if it's safe, without seeing it firsthand. Gotta look at how much attachment hardware is still intact, how much is broken. You don't want it to let go & hurt someone as it goes bouncing down the street.

Probably wheel well liner has fallen, or possibly front end underbody dust cover.

It should not have fallen unless body was damaged. Has some work been done that would have removed fasteners and possibly not correctly installed?

I recently purchased a good wheel liner (01 Celica) for very nice price from an ebay seller "autosdepo". I was concerned it might not fit, but fit quite well.

good luck

I went to Honda and the tech just cut the part where it was dragging and he said it was safe to drive. I guess I am good?
