Honda shop manual doesn't differentiate MT and AT. Both appear to be same location near the thermostat housing, below and behind distributor. The air intake duct must be removed for access.
On AT, access to rear bolt is difficult requiring a 1/4" drive 10mm socket, extension, and ratchet to reach the bolt. Watch for the drive link which can fall out of VSS when you extract.
