I own a 1997 honda accord does any body know how to take the instrument panel out? I got the screws out top of das and the one of the electric mirrors but the part by the air and heat contrl i don,t know how get the section out

 

The center console has to come out. The heat control piece has ~6 screws holding it in. A thread called ACC 5th gen... in the DIY section has a link to a site with a pdf of the manual. It has pretty detailed pics of what to do.
