Unhappy Instrument panel shuts down

I drive a 2006 Honda Accord 2.4Lt...the instrument panel gauges and radio shuts down whilst driving for a split second and comes back on. This only happens at low speed....highway driving is fine...can someone please help.
Had the car checked out by an electrician, cant find fault.

Does this happen all the time?

Is the radio a factory unit?

Radio is stock standard, happens every few minutes whilst driving at low speed only.

"Sounds" like a charge issue to me - ok, maybe a connection issue. When this happens, does the engine stay running the same - meaning the tach goes to zero but the engine is running fine.

Yes the engine still runs only switches off when all the lights come on like the ABS,VSA, brake pads, handbrake etc...most cases it just dips and back on again I guess not enough time to switch the engine off.

"Sounds" like something in the charging system - bad battery, cable or cable connection but this is "just a guess" - which I hate to do.

Someone else might come along with a better idea.
