Default Interior Fuse Box

May be a silly question, but is there a fuse box inside the cab? And if so, where? My window motors aren't working on either side. I took the door panels off and the couplers were connected. So now I'm kind of at a loss.

97 EX Coupe. I checked the fuses under the hood and none were blown. Checked the volts on the relays too. Kind of lost at the moment.

Do 2 of the pins on the fuse box have 12V with the relay removed?

Pull the master switch (drivers) and test for voltage with the key on. The GRN/WHT and BLU/BLK should have power

I am going to post pictures of what's all going on. I stripped out the interior of the car completely and found a few things not plugged in and some cut wires. And a 2 foot block of wood that is in the door frame that I can't get out. Not sure how they even got it in there. Stay tuned.
