I've contacted two Honda dealerships, each is willing to install the lighting at a cost of roughly $300 total (parts & labor) however, the issue I'm now facing is Honda only offers red lights for the Sport trim (while blue is available for an EX) and... I want blue. So, back to square one

I keep thinking that there must be a way to install the lights (although, Honda says that the bulbs are not interchangeable... and it is a different harness for the EX, blue). Surely there are aftermarket parts that can be installed and have blue lights
