Jdm H23a DOHC Vtec help!!!
Hello I'm new to the forum and we swapped a jdm h23a with its transmission and ecu into my 2002 Honda accord se sedan. It starts up but not immediately like it should be and wont rev over 3k rpm. The engine moves a lot when you put into reverse or drive and we put all new motor mounts in. It was going from 1st and going into reverse instead if 2nd. We unplugged that top transmission solenoid with the green and yellow wire and it doesnt have 1st anymore but has 2nd and 3rd. Dont even know if itll go into d4 because it cant even get to that speed at all because it cant rev over 3k

2) Make sure the VTEC solenoid has power going to it, and it's plugged in. I'm betting on #1 being your problem though.
