Default Jim's leaky honda accord

I have a 94 honda accord ex. It is leaking oil bad. From what I can tell it is coming from the oil pump area. Can anybody tell me how hard this is to replace. I already priced the part. Any input would be appreciated.

Is the oil leak coming from behind the timing belt cover? If so, then it could be the front balance shaft seal.

How long has it been since you have the t-belt changed. To get to that seal, oil pump o-ring or almost any of the other seals inside the cover the t-belts are going to have to come off....you're there, might as well replace them along with the wp if you are anywhere near due for replacing them. Pic's might help narrow it down, cam seal can be replaced without having to do all of that.
