Default Keep blowing #30 fuse

Can't figure out why #30 keeps blowing. When it blows, I lose HVAC, power mirrors, and heated seats. Dealer removed an aftermarket remote start (not working for years anyway) and I replaced power mirror switch and both heated seat switches hoping that there was a short in one of them. I tried to get trouble codes by using the techniques that I found here and no codes show up. I can throw a new fuse in and everything works great for 3 minutes or a couple hours until it pops again. Any Ideas????

Suggest unplugging all loads on this circuit (there are a number including AC compressor clutch relay, seat heater relay, mirror defoggers, radiator fan relay, A/V display module.

You diagnose by measuring current load w/ VOM through this circuit (rig a circuit into the fuse connector w/ a fuse in series for protection). Then sequentially add load and find the load that is pulling the current > 7.5A fuse rating.

You need a shop manual and wiring diagram to know what loads and where to disconnect. Suggest buying emanual from automanualsource.com for $22.

good luck

UPDATE: Took it to my local mechanic that I take my cars to when I can't/wont fix a problem. He figured out that there was a wire that goes from the door to the inside of the car had been worn and if the door closed just right or if the car "wiggled" just right the bare wire would contact metal and blow the fuse. FIXED.

Thanks! Too many times we never find out the end of the story.
