Default Keeps blowing fuse

All my gages stop working, and my shifter, I have to place a key in the drive shift, and press down in order for my drive shift to operate. I located one bad fuse, and replaced it but something keep blowing the fuse.

1995 Honda Accord Lx 4 Clinder, has some fuse problem that has caused all gages to not operate, as well as unable to shift gears without a key placed in drive shift lock.

Can you tell us what fuse is blowing? Under the dash, or engine bay fuse box? The Amps, the location label on the fuse box cover, etc... will help.
