key does not work in passenger door

Default key does not work in passenger door
I have a 98 Honda Accord that I am able to insert the key but it will not turn to unlock the door. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

You might have a bad door lock actuator. Does you hear a buzzing noise when U push the unlock button on door. Could be the lock cylinder itself (could be bad). Really need to take off door panel and look on inside check all components.
