Just bought a 2006 Honda Accord Coupe Ex-L and noticed that the passenger side door does not lock or unlock via the key fob or with the door controls? The only way for me to access is to manually lock and unlock the door.

When trying to lock and unlock the passenger door from the driver's control and passenger I can hear the switch trying to lock and unlock but the actual door does nothing......

I know that the car was in a previous accident and it is an entirely new door so not sure if this makes a difference.

Please HELP????

 

There may not be an electrical connection to the window motor. Suggest remving door panel and examining electrical connections to window motor. Here's a video that covers door panel removal.
