Key fob not working on 2007 Accord
Hello, my key fob for my 2007 accord does not work; when the buttons are pressed, nothing happens. I am able to unlock/lock the car manually and I'm still able to start it, and both the driver and passenger side lock/unlock works perfectly fine.
I have changed the battery in the fob, and it does light up when the buttons are pressed (although it doesn't light up when the trunk/panic buttons are pressed, only for lock/unlock). I have tried many times to enter programming mode, but the car just simply won't enter it.
I've checked (most) of the fuses and they all seem good, so I'm just stumped on what could be the problem.

The tough part is to determine if the fob has an issue or the antenna (part of the driver's door switch) is the problem. Any chance you have a spare fob to test?
I think some parts stores like Autozone have fob testers that can see if your fob is sending a signal as a free service. If your fob tests good, then you can look at the door switch replacement.
