Default Knocking / Vibrating

I have 2004 Honda Accord. It is 4 DR, V4 and LX.

I am start getting an issue with the car. It knocking / vibrating while driving. It starts run normal and while driving it vibrates / knock. I usually release my foot of gas pedal and re-gas it. It some time starts run fine and other time vibrate/knock for a bit and gets normal. I need to replace tires as they are getting old but not sure what causing this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Always start from the simple first. Try to change the spark plugs and wires first.

A 2004 doesn't have spark plug wires per se like older model Accords. They have individual coil packs.

In addition, the spark plugs are iridium, which have a longer service life and costs more compared to copper or platinum plugs.
