Default LCA bushings

What bushings on the lower control arm is it that connect the strut fork to the LCA? I'm trying to find energy suspension bushings for it because this think flexes way too much. Noticed this when I was changing out my traction bars(radius rod)

Found out it's the lower strut mount, that's on the lower control arm. I'm having trouble finding a polyurethane replacement. Anyone know who sells them?

Sorry, this was kind of one of those where you answered you own question.....the big bushing in the pic is the one the "fork" goes thru.

Yes that would be the easiest.....there are other ways if you don't have a press handy.

EDIT: I can't read....withOUT a press....I read it as "with" a press. Drill the rubber around the old bushing, get it out. New bushing, never done this with "fancy" bushings, regular rubber bushings shrink when they've been in a freezer overnight.....
