Default Little help narrowing it down

I have a 2009 Honda Accord Ex-L 4 cylinder.
Rear driving lights on won't go off. (Not the break lights)
Also front right side marker on
Tried switching light switch from auto to off
Look at brake switch( just in case) but it's all good. Didn't see any broken parts on carpet.
Any ideas?

First, confirm that you have power to both side marker lights, both rear tail lights (yes), and both license plate lights. There are all powered from a common splice.

If yes, the component in underhood fuse/relay box called relay control module is likely cause of problem. It is not clear that individual relays in this module can be replaced. It appears to be integral to the underhood fuse/relay box.

good luck
