09 accord base model, about 48k

I change my oil every 3k religiously, yet recently by the mechanic my oil was low, and there were no signs of any leakage underneath. Can anyone think of anything, other than there was never enough oil put in at my last oil change? thanks

 

How low was your oil?

 

So during this change just check your oil yourself every 1500 miles.
Suspect you'll find it's OK.

 

I should also mention,that this past summer i had to change a timing spool valve/rocker arm(https://www.hondaaccordforum.com/for...-accord-48943/), which my mechanic says comes from not changing the oil enough. but i know that i do.
