My 96 accord is starting get a low idle, like i was revving it this afternoon to bring it up to like 1k rpms, and when i let go of the throttle the thing almost stalls in park, then it will slowing go back up to 500 rpms, just changed oil (Pennzoil Premium Synthetic, spark plugs (platinum) and it has 106441 miles on it, what could be causing my low idle problems? is it just cold? cuz it was 46 here today... and i just filled her up so its not low on gas

 

Are the rest of the tune up items up to date (cap, rotor, test wires, ect)?

It wouldn't hurt to give the tb a good cleaning, both side of the butterfly, edges of the tb where the butteryfly seats off, IAC amd FITV ports, ect.......

There is a way to adjust the base idle but "just doing that" may hide the real issue.
